..Used it to process payroll for US hires. Other than the first payroll, there were errors in each subsequent payroll. Almost seemed like they were doing this manually. Caused significantly poor Employee experience. Customer Success Manager ghosted us (when we faced problems). In fixing problems, they did not meet their commitments, and when they missed the commitments, they would not proactively communicate...

..Do not use these services! Even the interface is basic.. As a user of their services, they completely messed up our invoicing. They withhold wages from our employees. Made pension contributions without their consent and would not communicate with us promptly to resolve these issues. They have been reported to the Bureau of Employment in British Columbia, Canada.. Failed to deliver all the services they supposedly provide..
