Three promises

Before we opened our doors for business, we made ourselves three promises.

Here they are, in the order we wrote them down.

  1. We won’t hide our margin in your FX.

    Every line of every invoice tells you what it is, what it cost us, and what we made. The FX rate is shown next to the date it was struck. No “service fees” that aren’t service fees.

  2. We won’t route you to a queue.

    The bar-admitted specialist who drafted your contract has a name, a face, and a direct line. They’ve read your specific agreements. When the law in your country shifts, they tell you before your employee finds out.

  3. We’ll tell you when to stop using us.

    The moment your headcount, your tenure, or your jurisdiction makes your own entity cheaper than EOR, you’ll hear it from us first. Even if it costs us the account.

Honest invoices. Honest maths.

Every cost on every invoice. FX rates disclosed on every line. The platform tells you when your own entity beats EOR, even though it's a smaller line item for us.

The itemised invoice. Gross salary, employer social charges at cost, statutory references on each line, FX mid-rate cited, the Teamed service fee as one flat number.

In service of the human. One platform end-to-end, plugged into your HRIS. Used to surface legal changes before they hit your payroll, not to replace the people. The tech does the work that should be automated so the specialists can do the work that shouldn't.
