The founders' story

It started with two people who'd been failed by the industry they'd go on to fix.

Put their experiences together, and the diagnosis was obvious: global employment wasn't failing for lack of service. It was failing for lack of transparency. And that dishonesty had a price.

A Frenchman living in Brexit-era London, Antony knew the friction of hiring across borders first-hand. It was costly, slow and needlessly complex. And he'd seen its human cost: remote employees treated as second-class citizens in their own companies, for no reason other than where they happened to live.

Tom had hit the same wall from the other side. He'd used the big-name platforms to hire abroad, and found the same thing every time: slick software right up until something went wrong. Then the honesty ran out.

Our mission

Make global employment honest.

That's the fix. Not a nicer platform or a longer list of countries, but the honest version of the job: no markup buried in an exchange rate, no fees bundled into one unexplained line, no contract engineered to keep you in. Honesty isn't a value we put on a wall; it's a set of promises that each cost us something a competitor won't pay.

Transparent about cost.

Every line on your invoice, visible, including the rate we convert your money at, shown next to the market reference. Nothing bundled, nothing buried.

Human when it matters.

Real HR and legal experts on hand, not a chatbot, not a ticket queue, not a top-tier upsell. When something goes wrong, a real person calls before you have to ask. Because the impact is human: it's the father who gets to be with his son, or the daughter who can move home to care for her mother.

Honest about the model.

We'll tell you when you've outgrown us. Most providers only earn while you stay put; we earn more when we help you move to your own entity, so we're the one with a reason to tell you the truth about when to go.
