THE SERVICE DESK

No bot. No queue. A specialist.

Send us the question and it goes to a specialist, not a queue. Our median first reply is 1.2 hours, and the full working is below.

ROUTING

Send it here

Two doors. The first question is whether you've signed with us yet.

Already with Teamed

Two inboxes. Anything about your account goes to support. Not sure? Either one works.

Chat, coming soon

A chat bot is on the way. Its only job is to find the right person and hand you over. It won't answer for us, and it won't stand between you and a human.

Thinking about Teamed

Talk to the sales desk

You're not in the system yet, so support can't find your account. Talk to sales instead. A person comes back to you within 15 minutes.

15minutes

Sales reply to a new enquiry

A target, not a measured average.

What happens when you send us a question?

It goes to a desk, not a queue. One specialist owns your account and answers. Across logged conversations answered inside 24 hours since 20 May, the median first reply was 1.2 hours.

THE RECORD

The service record

Our own numbers, from the platform our team works in. Open a figure to see how it was counted.

Support desk

20 May to 18 Aug

These response figures come from the 2,178 tickets where our platform logged both sides of the conversation. It does not capture every thread, so this is a sample of our work, not all of it. Each card says what it counted.

There is no stored response timer, so we counted these by hand on 18 August 2026.

The table holds three things. The category, the country, and the count. It holds no client name, no employee name, and not one word of any ticket. You can't trace a row back to a person, and that's the point.

Notes from people who picked us.

  • Client call soundbite, recorded in Fireflies, from Rachel G., People Operations Manager at Data Science Talent: Teamed feels like an extension of our team. Their human touch is rare and invaluable.
  • G2 review, 5 out of 5 stars from Eva G., Senior People Operations Specialist: The most helpful thing about using Teamed has been the support and communication. I have mainly been working with Vicki, and she has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Compared with other platforms we have used, Teamed feels much more personal and supportive. Vicki is a real asset to Teamed.
  • Customer email, subject "Exactly the result we needed": HUGE THANKS TO YOU! Thank you for your time, patience and guidance, it has been hugely appreciated. Please also pass on our thanks to your colleague, who I know helped too. After everything, you got us exactly the result we needed, we are absolutely delighted. With very best wishes to all of you at Teamed.
  • Customer email, subject "Thank you for the call": First of all, thank you so much for the lovely call and all the information that you have provided. Based on all that we have discussed, I truly believe Teamed will be a great match for us as we start hiring abroad. Compared with the other companies I have spoken to, Teamed is clearly the best fit for us.
  • Customer email, subject "Our EOR guru and go-to": Thanks Vicki! I also wanted to introduce our new People Apprentice, who joined last week and will be supporting with all things EOR. Vicki is our EOR guru and go-to!
  • Customer email, subject "Great news!": Hello Harry, great news! Thanks again for super fast and brilliant service. Looking forward to our next meeting. Have a great weekend.

Questions

  • Who answers when I email support?
A specialist who works that desk every day. Not a bot, and not a first-line agent with a script. They already have your history.
  • Do I get the same person every time?
Yes. One specialist owns your account, across every country you hire in. The inbox routes the work. The person stays the same.
  • What if my question doesn't fit support?
Send it to support anyway, or to ask@teamed.global. Moving it to the right person is our job, not yours.
  • Is there a phone number, or is it all email?
Email is the front door, and both inboxes above are real. Pick whichever suits the question.
  • What time zone are you in?
Our head office is in the UK, and the desk runs 24/5. You won't hand your question to a night shift that has to read the file first.
  • Can my employees contact you directly?
Yes. Your people get their own contact on our side, so your HR inbox isn't the middle man.
  • Can I meet my specialist before I sign?
Not the one who'll be yours. That's set after you sign. You can talk to our service side first, and we'd rather you did.
  • Why publish your ticket numbers at all?
Because everyone claims good service, and nobody shows the record. These are ours, for the last three months. Ask whoever else you're talking to for theirs.
WRONG FOR

THE OTHER HALF OF IT

We also publish who we're wrong for

Some companies shouldn't hire us.

If you want a self-serve platform and nobody to call, we're the wrong shape. Deel is better at that, and we'll tell you so on the call. The Fit report lists the deals we lose, and why.

The Fit report is being written. It lands here.

BEFORE YOU NEED US

Talk to someone before you need to

The worst time to learn how a provider answers is the week you have a problem. Ask us something now. Ask the thing you'd ask in month nine.
