  • How long does a migration take?
    Most switches complete in a few weeks, driven by notice periods and how quickly we receive clean data. We run a short discovery, align country cut-off dates, and, where useful, do a parallel check before the first live run. Simple single-country moves can begin onboarding within 24 hours once details are confirmed.
  • Will employees face gaps in pay or benefits?
    No. Your Named Switching Team plans continuity end-to-end: payroll cycles are aligned, benefit enrolments are timed, and any pro-rata pay is handled in the first Teamed run. Service history and benefits are preserved where the law allows, and every change is documented.
  • Do we have to re-paper contracts?
    Yes, new country-law contracts are required when changing EOR. We draft and route for approval/e-signature, mirroring terms and benefits as closely as legislation permits. Any unavoidable changes are flagged up front and accepted in writing.
  • What information do you need from us?
    A country-by-country roster (names, roles, start dates), compensation and benefits, accrued balances, current contracts/addenda, recent payroll results, and entity/EOR exit dates. We provide a secure checklist and import templates so your team isn’t recreating data by hand.
  • How are terminations or resignations handled during a switch?
    Where local law requires, we manage simultaneous termination/re-hire steps, notices and documents with in-country counsel. Investigations or sensitive exits are handled discreetly with a full audit trail and sign-offs.
  • Can we bring contractors as well, and convert key people later?
    Yes. Contractors and employees move onto the same platform so approvals and payments live in one place. When a role becomes critical, you can convert Contractor → EOR → GEMO.
  • What if we later open our own entity?
    Graduate to GEMO (Global Entity & Employment Operations). We set up and run your entity’s employment operations and transfer staff from EOR without duplicate builds.
