AI and our content
How we use AI on this website.
AI tools help us write and illustrate this website. Teamed Ltd is responsible for everything we publish here.
Does Teamed use AI to create its content?
Yes. Teamed uses AI tools to help research, write and illustrate this website, and it labels its articles, hiring guides and employment-law pages to say so.
What does AI do on this website?
AI tools help us research and draft pages, including articles, hiring guides, employment-law pages, comparison pages and glossary entries. They also create many of our article banners and guide images, and help us spot pages that may be out of date.
How do we check that the facts are correct?
We use several kinds of check, because no single one catches everything. AI tools do much of this work, and people at Teamed decide what goes live.
Research workflows
Legal and tax figures on our country guides follow a written workflow. Two AI research passes look up the same figures separately, without seeing each other's answers, and a script compares the results. A figure counts as confirmed only when both passes agree. Before a guide opens to search engines, the figures on the page are checked against that record, and a disagreement holds the page back until a person has resolved it.
Official sources
The research passes start from each country's own government sources, such as Revenue in Ireland, ZUS in Poland and Skatteverket in Sweden. Professional-services firms are a secondary source. Our rule is that a legal or tax figure does not come from the website of another employer of record or payroll provider.
Code checks
Every change to this website has to pass automatic checks before it can go live, and a failed check blocks the change. They catch prices and claims we have retired, missing images and redirects that lead nowhere. Every row in our US law trackers must carry the date it was last checked. US cost figures that reset each year carry an expiry date, and once one has passed the website cannot be updated until that figure has been checked again.
Daily scans
A scan of the live website runs every day. It covers our most important pages daily and works through the rest in turn. It looks for retired claims, out-of-date years, dead links, figures that no longer match our verified record, and the same fact stated differently on two pages. It proposes fixes, and a person approves them before they go live.
Regular site reviews
Seven weekly checks re-read our employment-law pages against primary sources. They cover the UK, the US, Australia, Canada, the Gulf, and the EU rules on pay transparency and platform work. Each one proposes any changes for a person to review. We also run a technical audit of the whole website for faults such as broken pages, and a weekly research review for new developments we should cover.
These checks reduce mistakes, but they cannot rule them out. If you spot one, please tell us. Our email address is further down this page.
How can I tell when AI was involved?
Articles, hiring guides and employment-law pages carry a short line at the bottom saying AI tools helped create them. We add that line across those page types, so it can also appear on a page a person wrote. Pictures we know are AI-made carry the caption “AI-generated image”, and listing pages say so above their cards.
Are the pictures real?
Not always. A picture captioned as AI-generated was made by software, so it shows what a place or scene might look like and is not a photograph of it. A picture credited to a photographer is a real photograph.
Does a person check every page?
No. Not every page is read in full by a person before it goes live, which is why we label them. People at Teamed decide what this website covers, approve the fixes our checks propose, and can change or remove any page.
Can I rely on this for a decision?
Treat it as a starting point. Our articles and guides are general information, not legal, tax or compliance advice, so check with a qualified professional before you act on them.
