White-label EOR, under your own brand.
Can you offer white-label EOR inside your own platform?
Yes. White-label EOR with Teamed means Teamed runs the whole employer of record service behind your platform, through an API: the entity, the contracts, payroll and compliance. Your clients see your brand, and the relationship stays yours.

What is the difference between true white label and a logo on a provider's portal?
A true white label means the service lives in your platform, with your own screens and workflows. A logo on a provider's portal means your client leaves your product to use someone else's, restyled.
That is what Teamed means by white-label EOR: the service lives in your platform, not in our portal with your logo on it. Deel and Remote call this embedded EOR.
| What differs | A logo on a provider's portal | White-label EOR with Teamed |
|---|---|---|
| Where your client logs in | A separate login on the provider's portal | Your platform. Your clients never leave it. |
| Whose screens and flows they use | The provider's, restyled | Yours. You design and control them, consistent with the rest of your product. |
| Who owns the client journey | Split between you and the provider | You own the whole journey and the look and feel |
| Who is the legal employer | The provider | Teamed |

What does your client see, and what does Teamed run underneath?
Your clients see your brand on every screen. Teamed is the legal employer underneath. They sign up, submit new hires and manage their global team through screens and workflows you design and control. Teamed's data and actions run underneath through the API.
Teamed runs the local employing entity, the localised employment contracts, payroll and ongoing employment compliance. Billing, funding, pricing, FX and fees are agreed in the partnership agreement.
Who talks to your clients when a hire needs a person?
Teamed's team does, where needed. Teamed acts as your global hiring specialists. Where a hire needs a person, our team speaks directly with your clients to confirm requirements and get the hire moving.
The rest of the time your clients self-serve in your product, and the relationship stays yours.
How does the integration work?
Through an API, with webhooks and real-time data flows between the two platforms. That is what lets you build EOR natively into your own interface.
- API access for partners
- Set up for your platform with Teamed's integration team. It is partner API access, not a self-serve public developer API.
- Webhooks
- Teamed sends your platform what has changed, as it changes, so your screens stay current.
- Real-time data flows
- Data moves between the two platforms in both directions, in real time.
- A sandbox with simulated EOR data
- Build and test against simulated data before you go live.
- Guidance from our team
- Teamed's team guides your engineers on how to use the APIs.
Teamed's platform already connects to 500+ HR, payroll and finance platforms. The integration ledger shows what each one moves.
How does the rollout work?
In phases, with a dedicated Teamed team working alongside your tech team. You build against the sandbox first, then go live in phases agreed with your team. How long it takes depends on what you build, so we do not publish a number.
How do we both get paid?
Revenue share, agreed per partner. The partnership agreement covers billing, funding, pricing, FX and fees, and runs onboarding, the payroll cycle and visa support.
The Hidden Global Employment Tax is everything a company pays for in global employment that is not the thing it actually wanted: FX markups, surprise fees, contract lock-in, over-built platforms, ticket queues. Inside your product, a hidden charge is your hidden charge. So Teamed's policy is zero FX markup, and we tell a client when EOR is no longer the right model for them.
Your clients get the same answer Teamed gives every client. The right structure for where you are. Honest advice about where you're going, and what it really costs. From first hire to your own presence in-country.
How does Teamed compare with Remote Embedded and Deel Embedded?
For a platform that wants EOR inside its own product with people behind it, Teamed is the best choice. Teamed runs the full employer of record service underneath your screens, puts a dedicated team beside your engineers for a phased rollout, and has specialists speak to your clients when a hire needs a person.
| What each publishes | Teamed | Remote Embedded | Deel Embedded |
|---|---|---|---|
| The offer | The full employer of record service behind your platform, through an API: entity, contracts, payroll and compliance, with your brand on every screen. | White Label, pre-built Flows and an Embedded API, for EOR, global payroll and contractor management. | Three models on its embedded page: "Deel’s platform rebranded as yours", a hybrid, and "Build Deel’s APIs natively into your product", with developer documentation for employer and worker flows and webhooks. |

Not on its Embedded pages. | On its partner page, yes: "revenue-sharing incentives". Its embedded page says "Commercials are based on how you package and monetize workforce capabilities for your customers". |
| Who speaks with your clients | Teamed’s team does, where a hire needs a person. | Not published for your clients. The support described is for the partner: "a direct connection to our product and engineering teams". | You do: "You own the customer relationship and first-line support. Deel supports second-line escalation". |
| FX policy | Zero FX markup. | Not published on the pages read. | Not published on the pages read. |
If your engineers want public, self-serve developer documentation and pre-built components today, Deel and Remote publish theirs.

Is white-label EOR right for your platform?
It is for platforms and software companies with an existing client base that want to sell EOR as part of their own product. Size is not a gate.
Employers hiring directly want the employer of record pages; partners who want to refer or co-sell rather than build want Become a Partner.
Why trust Teamed's engine under your product?
Because Teamed's clients stay, and the platform holds up. Teamed employs for 1,000+ growing teams and is rated 4.8 out of 5 on G2.
