White-label EOR · How it works

From first call to first client live.

  1. What happens on the first conversation?

You bring your product, your client base, the countries your clients hire in and the flows you want in your own screens.

Teamed brings the offer in its six parts: your brand on every screen, the client journey you own, the employment service underneath, people where a hire needs one, the integration and the commercial terms. The white-label EOR page sets out each part.

  2. What does the partnership agreement cover?

Billing, funding, pricing, FX and fees, and how onboarding, the payroll cycle and visa support run between the two companies.

The commercial model is revenue share, agreed per partner; no percentage is published. For how the market prices white-label EOR and what Teamed does and does not publish, read white-label EOR pricing and revenue share.

  3. When do our engineers get API access and the sandbox?

Your engineers get partner API access, a sandbox with simulated EOR data, and guidance from Teamed’s team on how to use the APIs.

The sandbox is for building and testing before anything is live. The partner API page lists what each flow moves and what still needs a person. Teamed's platform already connects to 500+ HR, payroll and finance platforms, so the integration team has done this before.

  4. How does the phased rollout work?

A dedicated Teamed team works alongside your tech team, in phases agreed with you.

We do not publish phase names or a duration, because both depend on what you build and how your clients use it.

  5. What happens at go-live?

Your clients sign up, submit hires and manage their team in your screens; Teamed’s data and actions flow back through the API.

Once a client submits a hire, Teamed runs the onboarding underneath: the local employing entity, the localised employment contract and the first payroll.

  6. What runs every month?

The payroll cycle and ongoing employment compliance, run by Teamed for every employee your clients have hired.

Your clients see pay and status in your screens; Teamed runs the payroll, the statutory filings and the compliance underneath.

  7. What happens when a hire needs a visa?

Visa support is part of what the partnership covers.

Teamed handles it as part of the employment service underneath your product.

  8. Who talks to our clients along the way?

Where a hire needs a person, Teamed’s team speaks directly with your clients to confirm requirements and get the hire moving.

The rest of the time your clients self-serve in your product, and the relationship stays yours.
