How do the partner models work?
Three options. Refer: you introduce and advise, we contract and deliver. Co-manage: you stay primary contact, we run HR, payroll and compliance with shared SLAs. Outsource: we provide a named team that runs day-to-day under your guidance. You can switch model at any time without re-onboarding.
What is GEMO?
Global Entity & Employment Operations: your own entity with governance, payroll, benefits and ER run by Teamed — you remain the employer.
Who contracts with the client?
Usually Teamed contracts directly so we can be the legal employer where EOR is used and assume obligations. In Co-manage or Outsource models you remain the adviser on scope and approvals, with full visibility of status and costs.
What are the commercials for partners?
Referral and co-marketing options are available. We agree commercials during onboarding and document them in your partner agreement. No hidden fees. You see every line item before payroll runs.
How do you price for our clients?
Transparent per-worker pricing for Contractors and EOR. GEMO and entity work are scoped by country and headcount. Salary and employer on-costs are itemised on one monthly invoice, with a single approval flow.
Can you migrate clients from another EOR or payroll provider?
Yes. Our Switching Team maps data, mirrors terms where possible, aligns payroll dates and runs a safe cutover. We preserve continuity of pay and benefits where the law allows and keep an audit trail for your files.
Can this be white-labelled?
We can provide co-branded or discreet delivery depending on your preference. Your firm remains the adviser of record and appears throughout client-facing updates where agreed.
What support do we and our clients receive?
Named Partner Manager, shared inbox, and average response under 2 hours. Local counsel is engaged when needed. No bots when the issue is sensitive. Escalation paths are documented in your partner pack.
Can you help clients open entities and run ongoing employment ops?
Yes. Our GEMO service covers incorporation or regularisation, employer IDs, payroll registration and governance. We can bridge with EOR during setup, then transition onto the entity without re-onboarding.
