Contributions offer tax benefits for both employees and employers, though pension payouts are taxable, ensuring the plan is accessible to all employees.

General Probation Rules: The maximum probation period is 2 months.
Notice Period: During probation, no notice is required, and the notice period can be mutually agreed upon. A common duration is 2 weeks. After probation, the default notice period for the employee is 1 month, but agreements of up to 6 months are permissible. If the employee's notice period exceeds 1 month, the employer's notice period must be at least double the length.
Fixed term contracts come with a straightforward ending: no notice period is needed, keeping things simple as the contract wraps up.
Both employers and employees have the flexibility to agree on early departure terms, including setting a notice period if desired.
Even with a clear end date in mind, employers are reminded to confirm with employees whether their journey together will continue or conclude, giving a heads-up at least a month before the contract's end. This can be given as soon as the contract starts, keeping everyone in the loop.
If an employer forgets to notify an employee about the contract's end, the oversight carries a one-month salary penalty.
Should the notification come late the penalty adjusts accordingly. For instance, a three-week notice will mean compensating the employee with an extra week's salary.
