Welcome to the Teamed Referral Program! We're thrilled to offer you the opportunity to earn rewards by introducing us to companies and professionals in need of global hiring and payroll solutions. For each successful referral, you'll receive a £325 Freedom of Choice Gift Card, helping us grow our network while rewarding you for your efforts.
Participants: The program is open to everyone, including current clients and the general public. Individual participants must be of legal age. You're encouraged to refer businesses or individuals that could benefit from Employer of Record (EOR) services.Referral Eligibility: A referral is deemed successful once the referred entity completes their first month's payroll with Teamed.
Participants will receive a £325 Freedom of Choice Gift Card for each successful referral. This card offers a broad array of redemption options, from shopping to entertainment, ensuring rewards that suit every taste.
One-Time Payout per Company: Rewards are limited to a one-time payout for each company referred. This means that even if a referred company hires multiple employees through Teamed, the referral bonus is awarded only once for that company. Companies which belong to the same company group will be treated as one company.
One-Time Payout per Employee: Similarly, for employee referrals, the reward is limited to one payout for referring an employee from a specific company, regardless of multiple hires from the same company.
Identify: Look for potential referrals—companies or individuals needing EOR services.
Refer: Fill out the referral form on Teamed's website. Our team will reach out to assist the referral further.
Reward: Upon the referral completing their first month's payroll, you'll be awarded your gift card.
Rewards will be issued after the referred company's employee or individual completes their first payroll cycle with Teamed. We ask for your patience during this process, as there are a few essential steps we need to take before issuing your reward:
Sign up the new company to Teamed.
Onboard the employee to ensure they're all set up and ready to go.
Complete their initial period of work, which is a necessary step before the payroll can be finalised.

Earnings Cap: There's no limit to the number of referrals or rewards. Feel free to refer as many as you like.
Tax Responsibility: Depending on your jurisdiction there may be income and other taxes you need to be aware of. We are not responsible for any personal or income taxes related to the grant of the rewards. Rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
Teamed Employee Tax Responsibilities: If you are a Teamed employee there may be tax responsibilities based on your jurisdiction these will be confirmed with you prior to your award.
Transitioning Companies: We welcome referrals looking to switch from another EOR provider to Teamed, promising a smooth transition.
Notifications: Participants will receive updates via email about their referral's status throughout the process.
Compliance: All participants are expected to comply with relevant laws and regulations. Teamed reserves the right to disqualify any participant for fraudulent activities or violations of these terms.

Modifications to Terms
Teamed reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Participants will be notified of any changes via email.
