Do you charge setup or offboarding fees?
No — there are no hidden offboarding costs. If a contract ends, you won’t suddenly be billed for a “closure fee.”The only time a cost may apply is if local labour law requires statutory severance or other mandatory payouts. In those cases, the fee goes directly to the employee, not to us... and it will be clearly flagged upfront.
