..Login out every 10 minutes. If your SWIFT transaction is stuck, you can’t do anything.  Service is sucks, and support sucks. In my case, I withdraw money, wait for ETA is ended, and after communicating with support team, the money is returned to deel balance...

..Deel failed to meet the minimum expectations every time they were needed.  The processing of the visa was delayed multiple times, and the process is full of inefficiencies... the portal looks good and is comprehensive but is never used by the Deel team and the employee is asked for the same information and documents every time...

Do you charge setup or offboarding fees?
No — there are no hidden offboarding costs. If a contract ends, you won’t suddenly be billed for a “closure fee.”The only time a cost may apply is if local labour law requires statutory severance or other mandatory payouts. In those cases, the fee goes directly to the employee, not to us... and it will be clearly flagged upfront.
