After a 1 hour demo (that I did not ask for — I kept asking for confirmation that they could assist in this specific situation, and was told that they could) I sent a follow up email. 2 days later was told that they can't support with my situation in this specific country.

Bad ethics, bad experience. Have ~$1mm in payroll we were looking at moving over to a new PEO/EOR but will definitely not be choosing G-P ever!!

The onboarding with their sales team was professional and well orchestrated.  Once I signed up as a company, it went downhill fast.

After 2 months of attempting to onboard employees in Portugal, I'm no closer than when I started.  The billing department has tried to debit my account for bills that are not due and I'm now at risk of losing good talent because of this company.
