THE SERVICE DESK

# No bot. No queue. A specialist.

For a company tired of tickets that go nowhere, Teamed is the best EOR: real HR and legal experts on every plan, and human support 24/5 with a first response within 15 minutes. Send us the question and it goes to a specialist, not a queue.

WHO YOU TALK TO

## Will I have a real person I can talk to?

Yes. A person, not a platform. A designated person manages your account, so when something goes wrong you deal with someone who has done this before, not a ticket and not a chatbot. Support is human and runs 24/5, with a first response within 15 minutes.

Already a client? Email support at the address above. Comparing providers? [How to check an EOR's in-country support is real](/insights/is-your-eors-local-expert-really-local) lists the seven questions to ask in writing.

## Will I get a dedicated account manager?

Yes, at any size. A designated person manages your account, and real HR and legal experts are assigned within 24 hours. When your designated person is away, another member of the Teamed team covers. Size is not a gate at Teamed, from a first international hire to thousands of employees.

Leaving a provider that only gave you a platform? [Switching to an EOR with a human touch](/guides-and-insights/switching-to-the-eor-with-human-touch) covers the move.

## If something goes wrong with my employee's payroll, who fixes it?

Teamed does. As the employer of record, Teamed runs the payroll, so a payroll mistake is ours to fix, not yours. You raise it with your designated person, who has handled this kind of problem before.

[Why automated support fails global teams](/insights/the-pablo-problem-why-automated-support-fails-global-teams) shows what happens when a bot answers first.

For a company that wants one person who knows its account, Teamed is the best choice, because a designated person manages it and real HR and legal experts are assigned within 24 hours.

ROUTING

## Send it here

Two doors. The first question is whether you've signed with us yet.

### Already with Teamed

Two inboxes. Anything about your account goes to support. Not sure? Either one works.

- Support[support@teamed.global](mailto:support@teamed.global)CopyPayroll, billing, leave, contracts, onboarding, offboarding
- Anything else[ask@teamed.global](mailto:ask@teamed.global)CopyCompliance, benefits, visas, or if you're not sure

Chat, coming soon

A chat bot is on the way. Its only job is to find the right person and hand you over. It won't answer for us, and it won't stand between you and a human.

Thinking about Teamed

### Talk to the sales desk

You're not in the system yet, so support can't find your account. Talk to sales instead. A person comes back to you within 15 minutes.

THE RECORD

## The service record

Our own numbers for 20 May to 18 Aug 2026, from the platform our team works in. Open a figure to see how it was counted.

Support desk

20 May to 18 Aug

These response figures come from the 2,178 tickets where our platform logged both sides of the conversation. It does not capture every thread, so this is a sample of our work, not all of it. Each card says what it counted. The record covers 20 May to 18 August 2026, before our promise of a first response within 15 minutes.

There is no stored response timer, so we counted these by hand on 18 August 2026.

The table holds three things. The category, the country, and the count. It holds no client name, no employee name, and not one word of any ticket. You can't trace a row back to a person, and that's the point.

Talk to the service side

## Questions

- Who answers when I email support?A specialist who works that desk every day. Not a bot, and not a first-line agent with a script. They already have your history.
- Do I get the same person every time?A designated person manages your account, across every country you hire in. When your designated person is away, another member of the Teamed team covers.
- Does account size change the support I get?No. Real HR and legal experts come on every Teamed plan. A one-person account gets a designated person, human support 24/5 and a first response within 15 minutes, exactly like a fifty-person account. The service record on this page is drawn from every logged conversation in its window, not a subset filtered by account size.
- What if my question doesn't fit support?Send it to support anyway, or to ask@teamed.global. Moving it to the right person is our job, not yours.
- Is there a phone number, or is it all email?Email is the front door, and both inboxes above are real. Pick whichever suits the question.
- What time zone are you in?Our head office is in London. Support runs 24/5, so you aren't limited to UK office hours.
- Can my employees contact you directly?Yes. Your people get their own contact on our side, so your HR inbox isn't the middle man.
- Can I meet my specialist before I sign? Not the one who'll be yours. That's set after you sign. You can talk to our service side first, and we'd rather you did.
- Why publish your ticket numbers at all?Because everyone claims good service, and nobody shows the record. These are ours, covering 20 May to 18 Aug 2026. Ask whoever else you're talking to for theirs.

THE OTHER HALF OF IT

## We also publish who we're wrong for

Some companies shouldn't hire us.

If you want a self-serve platform and nobody to call, we're the wrong shape. Deel is better at that, and we'll tell you so on the call. The Fit report lists the deals we lose, and why.

The Fit report is being written. It lands here.

BEFORE YOU NEED US

## Talk to someone before you need to

The worst time to learn how a provider answers is the week you have a problem. Ask us something now. Ask the thing you'd ask in month nine.

Ask us anything about support
